Niki Fm

After seeing the video and deciding that it makes no sense I began to wonder if HH makes songs based on their feelings or just to get rich,so do you think niki fm really means something?

I like Niki FM. One of only a handfull of songs by them I can stand. But honestly, I can't find meaning in anything they write. They're horrible.

I don't think that they're that bad. I mean, sure they have three guitarists that all play the same thing pretty much. I don't find the vocals that bad, and some songs are fun to sing along to. I don't know, I've only heard a few songs so maybe I've heard the only relatively decent ones.

I dislike this song a lot.

I can't stand the video either, the vocalist is unbearable to look at.

Unlike most around here, I'm actually a fan of these guys. I'm seeing them for the 5th time in December.

I think their songs do have at least some meaning and emotion behind them, but I think the same could be said for almost any band. I think it would be tough to write music without having any meaning behind the things you write.

it's so trendy to make fun of hawthorne heights.
they are one of the bands that is really popular with all the douchebag scene kids, and then once these same scene kids realize the band has gotten popular, they turn on them, and it becomes a huge trend to make fun of them.
i happen to like them.
and on their special edition CD thing the singer actually went through and told what every song was written about.

There's only two songs I like from them and Niki FM is one of them. The other one is Silver Bullet...

Vocalist is a fat ugly kid though.

Wow, these guys suck so much its outstanding. No, I think they (like Silverstein) write songs about girls and being "emo" just because its whats popular now and they know it'll sell records.

When do you think this trend started? Because Silverstein have been writing and playing music since before 2000. And as far as I know, the trend was started a little more recently than that.

There lyrics don't make any sense and are very very over-dramatic. They really get on my nerves.

They are based on a movie (which I cant recall at the moment), that the vocalist liked. HH is decent although their guitar parts need spicing up (especialy with 2 leads) everything else is really good, Seeing them on Dec 9th in Detroit. Rip John Though, one of the drummers i really looked up to. Shame he is gone

The point I was getting at was about how all Silverstein write about are broken hearts and how much girls suck and all that but the singer/lyricist has had a steady girlfriend for a couple of years now...
