Everyone should give him a listen. He has an amazing voice and a brilliant knack for writing songs. He's a mixture of acoustic folk and electronica. I recommend to you either of his albums... "On your side" or "The Tourniquet".

Coincidentally I'm listening to On Your Side at the moment, it's an easily accessible album full of warm tunes. Can get a bit cheesy though. I'd recommend them/him to fans of Death Cab/Postal Service, Mew and the like.
