The Explosion
Im sure there is a thread and the search function doesnt work and ive searched the pages and couldnt find anything.
So what do you think of them. I have heard only Hollywood Sign and Here I Am and Here I Am was a wicked song. Opinions... |

Most people are too lazy to search up their Myspace and/or Purevolume so posting them will help get some discussion going, otherwise this thread won't get far.
Here's the PV but I despise Myspace so. http://www.purevolume.com/theexplosion They sound pretty good. Something I'll definately look into. They have the upbeat pop-punk with an edge kind of sound. I can't think of any comparisons right now. |

They're a pretty cool band. I have an album from them, but I don't listen to it very often.

I have Black Tape if anyone wants to snag it off me on slsk, it's quality stuff imo. My favorite song is No Revolution, which is in my mind an actual Punk song. It's good stuff.

That "Here I Am" song is so fucking good. It was on THUG 2 and I remember just putting it on repeat.

I saw them live and bought Black Tape on the night. They were probably the best band of the night for me, because I hadn't heard them before. And they managed to outplay Hot Water Music and New Found Glory, which for a band I'd never heard, was a pretty good achievement.

I love like half of Black Tape. Thats all I have heard. Really good songs, Filthy Insane and I Know are most likely my favorite. Oh, and Grace.

The only song I've heard by them is Here I am, and I like it so I'll check them out later on.
