Holy street team.
I heard that "You're Beautiful" song a few times, I really don't see the big deal.

There are superior songwriters with superior talent who don't get half the exposure he gets. Sufjan Stevens, Thomas Dybdahl, Andrew Bird, Iron & Wine...the list goes on and on.

IMO i think he's another boring, depressed, whiny, half arsely talented british song writer. I could'nt agree more with Orb, these people are no where near the musicains/songwriters as the ones you listed

Hmm...He is one of my secret shames. I think hes good to chill with, as long as he doesnt keep releasing albums with nothing but songs about women he cant/doesnt have, ill keep listening to my mums album. whoops.
But Goodbye my lover and No Bravery are pretty good imo |

I've only heard You're Beautiful.
I don't see why he gets so much praise. Musically it's pretty bland and lyrically it's just plain bad. I see hot chicks in the subway every day, you don't hear me whining about it. What a püssy. |

James Blunt is just a pretty boy with a guitar. Talent, or lack of, has nothing to do with it.

His voice is incredibly annoying. One of those artists that middle-aged housewives listen to, along with Keane and Snow Patrol. Complete ****e. English music can do so much better than him - makes me ashamed.
