No, but I would have no problem doing so. Those newer hollow bodies, the natural coloured ones, are gorgeous for the price.

Ibanez, Fender, etc.
It's no about the guitar; it's about the player but I like my Ibanez for the jazz.

Ibanez make high quality guitars. I probable wouldn't use a GAX model, simply because it's a solid, and I don't really dig that kind of clean sound, but they're pretty sturdy little guys.

I actually use a Schecter semi hollow. Best of both worlds, IMO. Great access and playability, with a semi's sound. I do eventually want a full box though, and it may well be an Ibanez. Until I can afford a Sadowski anyway.

Ibanez AF120 Artstar is my main guitar right now, and will be until I can afford a custom.

Are you sure it wasn't a PM or GB?

I personally don't like the cheaper Artcores, but the AF105F looks pretty nice.

i use an RG Series, its not great but its versatile and it sounds reasonable for Jazz. eventually i'd like to get a proper Jazz guitar, but for now im happy using my solid body or sometimes by telecoustic.

I use a RG350EX for most of my stuff because I don't only play jazz. I'd like to get a decent nylon acoustic though.

I was torn between an ibanez and a schecter, but i went with the scecter for the same reasons. plus mine has a piezo in the bridge, so thats cool

a lot of people on these forums seem to think so. probably because Amit has been talking so friggin much about it.jazzboxes and steel string acoustics seem more usual to me.

Gypsy style ones are traditionally used in gypsy jazz.

Django++

It has nothing to do with Amit.
