Watched The Aviator this morning in bed when I woke up. I actually liked it.

Going to Charlie & The Chocolate Factory tonight at IMAX! Been waiting to see this forever, can't wait.

I don't know if it counts, but I watched half of Once Upon a Time in the West lastnight.

Just saw War Of The Worlds last evening. Amazing film. A real stunner. Liked most eveything about it, but the very end felt a bit tacked on. Hollywood ending, of sorts. And I'm still not quite clear about how the baddies were brought down. Or what did it? But I'll get to it. Anyway, a film of epic proportions.

Love Liza. Not too good, but dammit, Phillip Seymore Hoffman is a great actor.

I watched Pulp Fiction and the original Batman a couple of nights ago.

Pulp Fiction was immensely entertaining and as refreshingly witty as it always is. Batman was meh.

Watched Garden State for the first time last night. One of the most mindblowingly awesome films I've ever seen. With one of the best soundtracks EVER.

I saw War of the Worlds last night and The Amityville Horror before that.

Both were pretty good, I jumped once or twice during The Amityville Horror.

It was done quite well, Steven Soderbergh is a talented director, but I the story was a little tighter. Michael Douglas, Benicio Del Toro, Don Cheadle and Miguel Ferrer were also very good.
