obviously moving story but i found the way it drip fed information like a murder mystery pretty perverse, and the editing was also really grim. shit was so fucking one-sided.

terminator genisys. i was really surprised and thought it was very good. kicks the shit out of salvation thats for sure. i like that they're trying for something really different and out there. arnold was perfect and hilarious, stole the whole movie. jason clarke was also fantastic.

i like some german films

the lives of others

and the one about the german gang - bader mienhoff - or something like that

that snowpiercer sound too risky

i've been watching a knights tale

no joke. one of the best ever. classic. bowie golden years moment is so special. such a waste of life and talent. the world lost something the day heath died.

batman will never be the same.

sad now

ant man was an incredibly fun movie. very entertained by it. the comedic parts were brilliant especially by michael pena. michael douglas was great as always and paul rudd knocked it out of the park.

Just finished Bloodline. There's a lot of this flash forward stuff that takes away some of the suspense but overall I think it was one of the more entertaining Netflix shows

Creep

Decent found-footage horror about a dying man hiring a cameraman to make a video for his unborn child. I really like Mark Duplass. He has a face that can really fit all kinds of characters, and he's definitely a creep in this. The ending is nice, but kind of a drag getting there.

Merchants of Doubt

Nice documentary on the politics and spin surrounding the information of climate change. It's not so much about why climate change deniers are wrong so much as a behind-the-scenes look at the public discussion of the issue.

Ant-Man

Great little story. The humor is on point, and Micheal Pena is often the cause of it. Marvel can do wrong right now.

So pathetic.

Dalton: "I'll do it under one condition. We do things my way, I run the show....I don't fly though it's dangerous."

What a badass

it annoyed me he came off like such a douchebag

i mean he reminds me of some of my elite hacker friends

but too much of that competent supervillain thing going on

also the MC had a big swing from smart to dumb and the whole 'you surmised my personality from my search history' thing didn't really excuse it
