I'm disappointed that the biblical epics last year weren't as amazing as they could've been apparently, I love those directors so I would've expected more.

Inherent Vice was pretty difficult to sit through, some great moments but probably my least favorite by PT anderson

i watched it on a plane sitting next to some tiny little girl who kept staring at me so i had to put a magazine over the screen during the nude scenes

all the scenes with josh brolin were pretty great and i thought the violent bit was really well done

Inherent Vice was like one of those dreams I had that sucked and I couldn't remember it and it wasn't important enough to remember so I only pondered about the shitty dream for a few seconds then moved on with my life never to think about the pointless dream ever again.

haha that's actually a pretty good way to describe Inherent Vice, though a little harsher than how I feel personally. It did have a very dreamlike and nostalgic feel to it, and it had its moments.

I'd love to take a nice telescope there once and witness an Aurora. Very cool film.

Pretty interesting to see what racial issues in America were like in the '60s. As an Australian I don't know a whole lot about it. I can't believe people used to treat other human beings like that.

Avengers Age of Ultron

Ignoring the really lame opening sequence full of completely over the top action and poor CGI, the movie is amazing, funny and full of feels.

but fuck me the opening 10 mins has the capabilities of turning you off the entire film.

I'd give it a honest 8.5/10

Also Avengers Age of Ultron.

I thought the beginning was kinda fun! But I can see how it turns some people off. The rest of the movie was great too, didn't expect anything else.
