the original may be somewhat hokey, but it is great film. Plus, Mel Gibson when he was still Australian.

Although I'm partial to the second film, it has a lot of entertaining elements that save it. So in otherwords the first and 3rd both suck huge dicks but the second film was maybe forced to lick a dick for a moment so yeah I dont know where im going with this

picked it out randomly on netflix, was not disappointed. Fun, funny movie that rolls along at a good pace. Acting and plot were solid. Just a pretty enjoyable (and violent) little romp. Also the teenage daughter is fuckin gorgeous.

One of the most awesome action films I've seen in a long time, possibly of this decade so far. Not only is it a testament to creative cinematography and excellent writing, but also practical effects. Almost every stunt was done practically and it shows because you can feel the tension in every scene. Tom Hardy is fantastic as always, as is Charlize Theron.

Just watched this and you pretty much said what I think. Best thing that's happened in cinema in a LONG time. It's perfect. Flawless. I didn't expect it to be one of the best movies ever made. They action sequences are unreal. I can tell George slowed the framerate down at times. Fucking awesome movie!

Let's remake Poltergeist and make it worse by adding CGI, Rushed plot, non likable characters with no development and ruin the clown scene by making it look scary. Yeah I bet that would sell.

We shouldn't make it because it sells we should make it because we all love scary clowns and vapid, unlikeable dimwits.
