I think the humour is what was missing. It was shot well enough and looked good in places. The final scene in particular. I just think it tried to hard in places.

Sorry for the double posts but has anyone seen the trailer for The Conjuring. I saw it last night before Evil Dead. Looks pretty creepy, you should check it out if youre into ghost/haunted house type films.

my previous statement still stands.

on the other hand, a MUCH BETTER series that I recently came across is House of Cards, starring Kevin Spacey.

It's about a politician in DC that is bad for the greater good. It's co-directed by the guy that did Social Network. The monologues by the main character are absolutely brilliant.

It's hard to compare the steaming pile that is Sherlock to this brilliant series, so I'm not going to try.

The Conjuring played before my movie too. It's tie to Insidious, and I would imagine Sinister too, makes me want to see it 'cause they're awesome at tension, but, honestly, after those clapping hands in the closet, I just kept my eyes closed for the rest of the trailer 'cause that stuff gets me too easily.

From production value, to the director, to the cast of actors. Like I said, there is no comparison.

I don't feel the need to explain myself to someone who can't post in coherent, complete sentences. Watch it yourself and you decide.

Hahaha, i know what you mean. Those damned clapping hands got me too. You should watch the full trailer, they make an appearance at the end.

Spartacus is good for the pr0n and the violence. Nothing really outside of that.

How is it "cray" that they killed everyone off. You knew that before the season started.

Sherlock is just selfishly-vindicating enough to be my favorite tv show in the last year or two. I just love being clever and who doesn't!

i saw this docu on youtube "Divine Inspiration & Biblical Inerrancy: The Failed Hypothesis"

it was just a production done by apparently a member of the site. nothing professional or studio quality.
