I have a tendency to buy games and never play them. I bought a dc again years back for the sole purpose of entertainment with friends when we're getting high....but now its collecting twice its weight in dust.

Ya me too. I just stopped buying games in general unless it's CoD. Star Craft 2 and the newest Final Fantasy were the last games I bought and I rarely played either, despite loving SC1 and the FF.

I've been getting high and playing zombies on CoD with some multiplaying. Shit's great.

You still producing? I've started dappling in FL trying to make some disco house shit.

There's a lot of brown hues, he means.

The Adventures of Tintin

Love this movie. It's classic Spielberg in a way his latest live-action stuff just can't touch. Plus, the source material is perfect for it. Hope there's more.

I've got Tintin lined up to watch soon. I read each volume on my holiday a while back and had a blast.

It was good, an absurd black comedy with some intriguing moments.

There's a brown filter over everything that gives it this kind of dirty effect, sort of like von Trier's The Element of Crime if you have seen that.

narg, I've been playing guitar more, my buddy left an acousticbass for me as well so that's been eating up a bit of time. I still occasional put a simple idea down on reason but I'm in a lull, I may need to get some groovebox equipment to make it more accessible. I like FL for sampling, it's really easy to cut samples and do a wide variety of manipulations.

Ya I picked FL cuz it was noob friendly and I'm really enjoying edison.

Sampling this song. It's harda than I thought to find a seamless loop.

hah funked, you really don't need a big sample. Get the specific sound, the bass run or some drum-bit. I like the granulizer for manipulating samples after you've cut them out of edison.

I haven't used the granulizer effect yet - youtubing it now. I'm just trying to work around and see about the declicking and which time stretching mode is best, cuz I'm obviously pitching up the sample and decreasing the stretch.

Drum wise I'm just trying simple layered fat kick with a different kick on the 4th. Then bringing in cymbals, which is creating a headache cuz they aren't strong enough, despite changing around the volume. I still need to work on eqing and what not.

Masters of Horror - Incident On and Off a Mountain Road

I think the title of this series is supposed to be ironic.

Is this the one with the wife vs whiteface or whateva?

A truly good episode is with the disfigured sexy girl who is a canibal. Jessica or something.

The Miike one was a let down.

Walking Dead Season One(The video game) - 9/10

If you played Fahrenheit/heavy rain then you will be familiar with this type of game. But this is basically an interactive movie, game is about 8 hours long and on Ipad/PC/Consoles.

Better than heavy rain, this game is damn intense and better than the show ever will be. Need to get the writers from this game, and scoot them into writing for the show. So much fucked up shit happens in this game.

Dateline NBC to catch a predator

man chris hanson just loves to fuck up people. he comes up with the cheesiest intro lines and reduce grown men to sad teenagers, it is almost sad to see that some of these peoples lives are utterly ruined but at the same time, fuck em.

I like it when he reads the lines to the people, man that is embarrassing.

Yeah, Moonface. I've only seen this and the George Washington one. Both were terribly cheesy.

I've got the rest of the two seasons I still plan on trudging through though.
