can't remember the last movie i've watched but i just finished Mad Men Season 5 and it was sweet. even though it was still entertaining it was getting a little stale by the end of season 3 but this last one kinda renewed my faith in it.

Never Let Me Go.

Not the most light-hearted film in the world ha. Really good film, Mulligan is great.

Safe House

Decent flick with a fair amount of action. Lots of predictable scenes. Also not hard to predict who the traitor was either.

Not a huge Reynolds fan. Denzel didn't break the mold in his role.

this was extremely well done, immersive, powerful in its brevity. allows it to pick up speed and escalate quickly, but still contains enigmatic character development

highly recommended

Recently I got a chance to see Never Let Me Go, a film based on the acclaimed novel by Kazuo Ishiguro.

I ask those who read my review to take it with a grain of salt, as the film is sharply divisive between love and hate. Those who love it say it's emotionally devastating, those who don't find emotion to be lacked. But from my point of view, I find it to be an elegant feature.

Looks like one of those cult following movies that tanks in theaters. Something I'd like to watch. Though I'm in no way attracted to the rap filled song list to go with the movie. I usually like Kung-fu and Spaghetti Western type movies. The tons of half naked Asian women is reason enough to go see it.

saw brave last night. typically enjoyable pixar movie, not one of their best but still well-done. felt more like a dreamworks film i.e. how to train your dragon

Finally finished it all. The finale was pretty good - but the show is just so fucking entertaining that I really want more. It's far from the best show ever, but still really fun to watch.

Really beautiful animation. Probably the best cgi move to date, technically. Another Pixar classic. No Toy Story, but still damn good.
