Problem uploading cover art

For my Shpongle review, it keeps telling me the artwork file is the wrong format. When it's quite clearly a .jpeg file.

Am I the only one having this problem?

I've tried two different files now, and both failed.

I had that once when I had a JPEG file, that was not ending with '.jpg' or '.jpeg'. If it does not end like that, try to tune that. It should work then, I think.

If not, I'll let mx know about that.

Nah, it definitely had the right filename.

It worked eventually, after I went into Paint and saved it without making any edits.

Strange... Apart from what I stated, I had no problems so far...

It would be great if you could keep us informed on that. Problems with future uploads etc.

Yeah, I will.

I wouldn't have made a thread about it, except there is literally only two reasonably-sized image of it on the net, and neither worked at first.

Sometimes the file format can get confused... .jpg is the best bet

I've had that happen before. Just save it on your PC, resave it and upload it again.
