MusicMan 2005 Limited Edition Stingray
Body wood: Alder
Color: Envy Green Neck wood: Maple Fretboard wood: Maple # of Frets: 21 Neck/Body Joint: 6 Bolt Pickups: 1 MusicMan Humbucker Controls: Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble Controls Bridge: MusicMan Tuners: MusicMan Rating: These limited edition instruments by MusicMan are similar to the regular production ones. The only differences are a black headstock, and a color that is only available for that one year on the limited edition instruments only. This bass plays like a dream. Even though it is a one pickup bass, it is very versatile due to the 3 band eq. Alot of people say that this bass is only good for slap, that statement simply is NOT true. It's good for Rock, Jazz, Slap, Country and alot of other styles. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by NavyBass; 10-10-2005 at 09:04 PM. |

To be fair I've not missed a new review yet, but you never know!
You have too many nice basses. Last edited by Wintermute; 05-14-2005 at 06:50 AM. |

Nice review. I've got a Stingray (not limited edition) and it really is a Godsend. If you can afford it, go for it. Shelled out $1300 for mine.
