Hey I wanted to do a review of Dream Theater's Octavarium, but since it hasn't been officially released yet, I just wanted to know if I allowed too. Its a great album and I would like to do a review of it.

Ok thanks. I was just wondering. Its probally my favorite Dream Theater album. But I don't have all of them so I can't judge.

You could probably start working on it now though if you wanted, just wait till the release to make sure nothing changes and since it's generally frowned upon to review an unreleased album.
