they're verymuch real. you can get Paiste to color just about any cymbal.....for a price.

at least, you used to...dont know about now.

how do you think they color cymbals? im sure its something they put into the metal but does anyone know?

powder coat i beleive....similar to hardware, only MUCH thinner coats. Think Titanium on ZXT's.

i actually think its looks pretty **** cool, im sensing theres some anti slipknot-ness going on in this forum, which is fair enough, but be honest, hes a fecking awesome drummer. and i really think his new cymbals are pretty sexy.

That splash is so white, ugh, it hurts my eyes to look at it. Although I really, really, really want that splash

I think I'll just stick with my 10" A Zildjian splash...in traditional finish
