/sigh
I used to run. All the time. My friend and I used to get up every morning during the summer to run 8 miles. That summer, I ran a 5 mile road race in 32:30 which is probably the best I'll ever do. I ran cross country and I usually got 3rd place on my team. I used to run a 3.1 miler in 18:30 or so. My best mile time is 5:20 and my best 2-mile time is 12:20 (2 years ago) Now, instead of running, I ride my road bicycle because it's very low-impact and my track coach screwed my knee up last year by making the distance runners run in sprinting workouts on our indoor track. |
