the NHL lock-out

This really sucks , I was really looking forward to the 04/05 season. But now their wont be one. do you guys think that the players are getting greedy?

there is an nhl thread, but those get cluttered, hockey isnt even the greediest, baseball is alot worse, but they have more money, i just wish that hockey players would play for the game and not the money

No kidding, even the lowest paid players get payed a hell of a lot more than most people get payed. That should be happy to have the opportunity to play the sport they love as a means of making a living, I would love to have that kind of opportunity (as I'm sure most would)...
I even heard that some of the players were speaking out against the NHLPA, saying that they're willing to play with a cap, but of course thats not the opinion of the majority....

yeah i hate the majority, and the people who want to play are stuck listening to the overpayed bastards who just happened to be talented, who play for the money, its wrong, and the nhl is crashing and burning
