IMPOSSIBLE Bosses.

Post a boss or bosses in a game that are crazy hard to beat, and explain the stratagy you used to beat them.

well one that comes to mind is that big spider on devil may cry 1 (the first boss i think). that was one badass mofo and the first thing in a game since the old skool that actually challenge my pad abilities.

oh and the strategy i used was to knock him the fu ck out

Really? I got Emerald first try, without the Underwater Materia... Ruby was much tougher.

The crazy alien thing at the end of the first Half-Life was tough.

Aside from that, I must admit I don't play many boss type games.

Velius the first time through FFT was a pain, I had to start a new game

Also, the battle after Velius, on the roof with the Marquis is a pain cause the stupid AI moves Rafa right into killing position of the assasins.

i have to say the helicopter boss on the first level of viewtiful joe. i know that sounds bad, but **** it, i was having trouble. i switched it to kid mode and beat it on the first few tries, but i finally beat him.

Ruby was very easy for me, beat him on the 3rd try. Emerald I still haven't ever beat. I'll never try again either.

ruby was the hardest. required a lot of fooking around to set things right to win. emerald was very easy in comparison.

Seriously, its not that challenging with underwater materia. And Emerald doesnt have nasty character remove attacks too. If you can beat ruby, you should own emerald

i never really had trouble with many bosses in games honestly i seem to be at one with the game, it becomes my reality and i feed into its soul. i do this with everything man

But emerald has a move that does 9999 dam to all your units unless you defeat all his arms or seomthing in time. I beat it without the materia but ill admit it was harder than ruby for me...

That move does damage based on how much Materia you have equipped. 1111 for each one, so only use the ones that are necessary in that fight,
