She might like Dream Theater, James Labrie has an operatic style of singing and they have an amazing keyboardist as well.

Muse...I'm listening to Absolution right now and it is an incredible CD. Some great piano work as well as guitar and the singing is amazing.

Coldplay... theyre one of the better bands out nowadays, and they have some cool piano. Also the doors use lots of piano and theyre great. Dream theater is excellent aswell.

Listen to Queen, they are possibly the most piano oriented rock band ever. Listen to like Don't Stop Me Now, or Somebody to Love- although Bohiemian Rapsody is a good piano part, i disagree (if your looking for rock) becuase at the time in the song when Freddie used the piano, it wasn't really rock, it's more of a ballad. Don't Stop Me Now is a really great rock tune, and the whole song features the piano. If you wanna get these songs, i suggest just picking up a greatest hits album, cuase there are a lot them, and they cover the varitey of Queen pretty well, and if she likes them pick up some actual albums, you won't be disapointed.
