1. Carlsbro
2. Bassline 120 3. 1x12" 4. 120W 5. Subdued and warm, but not lacking bite when needed. 6. Warm, rich tones, but packing quite a punch. 7. Thick, strong tone. 8. I used it for a bit of everything, but it really stood out at warm, Weather Report style basslines. The sound I could get from it even using my cheap replica bass were near orgasmic. 9. No problems at all. This line of bass has now been discontinued, but the new Carlsbro BassBomber 125 is identical in all but looks. Three band EQ, Gain and Volume. Input, Headphones, Aux In and Aux Out. Had a little button labeled 'ppi shift' which did nothing in particular, but was fun to press. Easy to get a soft enough tone from it that you lose track of the actual volume, so watch out! http://tinypic.com/flyjn This was my first amp, and I see no need to replace it in the near future. A great little model. |
