Cubase Users - urgent question

I recently got a new studio computer, equipped with Cubase SL. It have a Delta 1010LT soundcard, and I've got a four (XLR) input mixer. This mixer has two XLR outs, which I have connected to the XLR inputs of the soundcard. How do I record seperate mics onto seperate tracks, at the same time? To give an example, say I'm recording a drum kit - how do I rig it so the kick drum mic, snare and two overheads come out as seperate tracks? I can't find any routing controls on Cubase...
Please assist.
Thanks
Jonny
