Dream Theater Keyboard Anthology
Jordan finally did it, new DT transcription book out just for us keyboard players! This answered alot of my prayers for learning DT songs. Got all the songs I wanted except Space-Dye Vest.
On the book is... Learning to Live Wait for Sleep Metropolis - Part 1 Overture 1928 Through My Words Fatal Tragedy Beyond This Life Finally Free The Great Debate Six Degrees- About to Crash War Inside my Head The Test that Stumped Them All Goodnight Kiss Solitary Shell Endless Sacrifce Vacant Stream of Counciousness Phew... Some Parts are left out, the book was alot thinner than I expected it to be. Learning Wait to Sleep and next the Square lead parts for Solitary Shell  Just got mine today, it's great. Hopefully this will answer alot of requests for DT transcriptions. Sorry if there was another thread or something. |

Excellent! I'm going to buy that book just to see if I can transcribe most of it for guitar. Jordan really is an awesome keyboard player, and I have enjoyed his playing far more then Kevin Moore's. They're both great players, don't get me wrong, but Jordan has always been my favorite because of his technical brillance. I was reallu upset to see that "Blind Faith" isn't on there..... thats one of the best keyboard/organ solos I've ever heard... and when John and Jordan go into the solo over the A,D,G,E progression, it's just pure genius!

Do anyone know where I can buy this brilliant book?
Just love Dream Theater, man... I saw 'em on the 21th of january 04' in Oslo, Norway - they're the best, absolutly.... by the way, has any of you seen 'em live? |
