Just got done listening to "Leaving Transition". Awesome song. love the guitar work and the vocals. the recording was pretty good too. What did you use to record?

listened to leaving transition, excellent, though the intro is maybe too long for a demo.

The production sounds great on all of these pieces. Really well integrated. The songs are emo though, and I'm sorry , the market is just flooded with this crap. All 3 songs are, soft pop/ whiny emo / p@ssy sh!t.
But again they are produced wonderfully. ![]() |

Nu metal sux. Thats pretty much what isn't pop/whiny emo/p@ssy sh!t. The only other music besides those are like sum 41 and all those bands who all you rant about suck *****.

well like we used pillows for sound supressors, and made vocal screens out of clothes hangers and panty hose... |

I've wanted to hear your stuff for ages, and i must say I'm impressed.
Leaving Transition - Pretty much constant sweetness the whole way through. Vocals sound a bit fuzzy in places but the music is spot on. I like the way you've compensated for the lack of drums with the percussive nature of your guitar parts. The Scenery Decays - I don't like this one quite as much, sounds a little thin and cheesy. Try a different drum beat under it and putting some more melodic layers on. It also seems to be a bit of an anti-climax at the end. Our First Summer - Like the way this one's starting, good production. the lead accoustic motif is cool. I like the way this track climaxes and then calms down again in the middle. Maybe needs to last a bit longer. Overall - Good job. As I mentioned before, some of the vocals sound a little fuzzy, but in terms of musical talent etc. I really like it. |
