anyway, thats the point, the plan clearly is not working and if anything its is slipping further away.

they are not about to splash cash. they are prepared to see out the current pain and make a real splash when the debt is gone. but by then the attraction of playing for arsenal football club might have gone too

all dealt with the new finance rules that come into play next year. i don't fully understand the new rules from uefa/fifa but i assume they level the playing field when it comes to players fees and wages. it is hard to know the exact benefits from a fans standpoint
