Wierdest band name.

I was just wondering, what in your guy's opinion is the wierdest name for a band that you have ever heard, not that the popularity of thier band, or the quality of thier music will not be taken into account when you are thinking of the wierdest band names, just do the wierdest band name kk?

I's say Metallica is kind of a cheesy name but you get so used to hearing it, plus, they're good.

I hate the band name "Rufio".

"Red Hot Chili Peppers" is a pretty random band name along with "Bare Naked Ladies".

I haven't the slightest clue about blink 182, but I know that sum 41 means one hand with 4 fingers clenching a fist I think, or doing something.... probably jerking. And you other hand giving the finger. meh.

For the guy who put System of a Down, they have a description of what their name means on the back of their debut album CD case

System of a Down = Today's system of society.

Led Zeppelin = In a review, they were said to be "as likely to succeed as a lead zeppelin".

Pink Floyd = Not sure.

No, because no one will have heard of that band name.

But, if we must go with local band names that are weird, i'll put some down:

Far From Lost
The Loss of Yesterday
Yesterday's Tommorow.

blink 182: the 182 was a random number chosen after they were sued by a band name "Blink" cause they acussed them of stealing their name

sum 41: from what i heard they named it that cause they were formed on the 41st day of summer
