Well, if you believe it is ruining it to personalise it, then there's really no question, is there?

I've been considering putting a pretty cool fake tatoo on mine, but it's hard to find a good place to put it where it will fit and won't get worn off too quickly.

I don't intend to sell any of my guitars anyway, so I don't consider that a problem, but for instance I wouldn't personalise my Jackson, cos it looks way too nice as it is. But then my first ever guitar which was crap I totally ripped apart, repainted, put some designs on and stuff then put back together again.

I like what Tom Morello does, writing a phrase on his guitars, like "Arm the Homeless" and "Soul Power". Wouldn't do it to one of mine though.

music shops, one near me sells quite a few, but he seels mainly the fender scratch plates. Well i kinda stuck stickers on my fender, sometimes i wish i never did it, but sometimes i think..meh, what the heck..looks alright. I like slash satrianis scratch plate though, now that is personalised
