(Rock/Punk) AFI-The Art of Drowning
I really liked this album quite a bit. Davey Havok has beautiful vocals, and being backed up by his mates also helps. The lyrics are more poetic than hurridly written down than most other bands'. Many of the songs have the same degree of loudness and velocity and there needed to be more range. For the most part, it was great and I would recommend it to others.

I have that one. I listened to the whole thing the first time I got it and I liked every single song. A great cd from a great band.

What a sloppy review.
You didn't give it a rating either. |

AWESOME CD! One of my personal favorite CD's of all time. Davey Havok is great. "The Days of the Phoenix" and "A Story at Three" are great songs. All the rest are cool too, but those two are my favorites. Something about Davey's voice. Its different from a lot of other bands I listen to, but in a good way.
Overall...4/5 |
