that was pretty great 4.5 hours of funk (cept mayer hawthorne's set was too motown heavy) got 2 free shirts and a sampler disc for being the first one there and bought the ST coffee at the merch table. was hoping they'd all jam together or something (other guests besides pbwolf were dam-funk and james pants) but they all brought it respectively too many white people though. pbwolf closed with my world premiere

nothin wrong with motown it was just all he played on his laptop thing prolly no one was warmed up to hear it right away bein the first act it made more sense later

Thats sounds pretty awesome, dude. I've never seen any ST artists. Missed Madlib when he was here and am still pissed about that.

DC area rarely gets good hip hop shows. I need to start going up to Baltimore more often.

The only upcoming hip shows that I'm thinking of going to are Mr. Lif and Substantial.
