All the shit that I used to listen to before I was born.
Too bad screamo blows emo out of the water, at least for me. In fact I don't really like emo other than emotive hardcore shit like Rites of Spring and Embrace and stuff. I don't like all that mellow stuff like American Football and the Get Up Kids and stuff like that, it all sounds the same to me. It sounds like they're trying to be all artsy and intellectual, but they just end up all sounding really mellow and and boring and very similar to one another. I mean I do like some Sunny Day Real Estate, and Cap'n Jazz (although they are somewhere between emo and screamo). Not that I dislike mellow music, its just that if its not really good or really unique sounding, mellow music is boring.
