C-Tuner is pretty solid (in fact, I recommended it in the Utility thread). I have since writing that thread noticed that it sometimes is buggy with some hosts.
GVST makes GTune, which has the same basic functionality and doesn't cause any errors on my end. Visually, C-Tune is more appealing, but both work just fine.
