At this point I'm still blown away that you're even considering a mixer. A simple Y-cable (as posted above) will do the same job but without dealing with a mixer console, an additional power supply, input impedance mismatches, balanced vs. unbalanced signals, etc. etc. etc.
Just get a 1/4" Y-Cable and be done with it
