What kind of amp are you looking at or do you have. If its a Marshall MG50, its plenty loud.(They have fan problems, though).

MGs suck man...the amount of people who have them were im from and the amount of times they have had to have them repaired orjust got rid of them is ungodly lol
my preference wud have to be Vox...i currently have a Vox AC 30 and, obviously, i have no problem over powering the drummer...but for practice i use a 50W Vox Valvetronix..we have headphone monitors so we can always hear what we are doing
