You’re the first thing on my mind and you tempt me with your tricks.
Without you I am nothing with you I’m still nothing.
You make me perceive the world, as one great big joke,
I can’t resist I’m just a slave my wallet is empty I’m just a slave.
You’re all around my friends, you plague their life too.
You Lead them off the path 'til they’ve completely lost their way.
Now without you I feel empty so I try to fill the void.
Now I’ve gone and done it I’ve replaced you with another.
You can’t accept it though you make me want you back,
Sometimes I can’t resist I wish I could resist.
Now I’m back where I started except now there is one more,
Tyranny to overcome someone please help me overcome.
Now it isn’t just a habit it’s grown to be much more
Necessity is fitting but more so it’s just a chore.
Everyone has tried to help but it is to no avail,
I’m stuck in another world painful and unbearable.
There is no way out I have become your prisoner,
I’ll carry out my life sentence I have accepted defeat.
Now let this be a lesson, to those who’ve yet to begin.
There’s only one way out, and that’s never to come in.
