The only actual difference that would be appernt is a 6 bolt compared to a neckthru like said above. But IMPO the Custom's necks are the fastest out of all the Stiletto serries. They both have off set dots and multi laminate maple/walnut necks. The only down side that I see to the Custom's neck over the Studio is it's sustain is not quite as good as the studio, I don't know if this is because it's a neckthru, but it I think it's mostly contributed to the different bridge it has.
