Featured Artist Archive:
Every two weeks or so, a new Featured Artist (FA) is added. An FA is basically an article written around the lives of the bassists we have come to love, admire, and be inspired by. FA's are written by the members of MX, for the members of MX.
The person who wrote the last FA picks the next member to do one... completely unbiased. This means that the person who is picking cannot know about which bassist a member would like to feature. This ensures we have a variety of bassists being featured, and deters us from getting stuck into a person's favorite genre, etc.
If you wish to do an FA, let yourself be known by the member who did the last FA, in the FA thread of the moment.
We have 50 Featured Artists so far! Make sure you check them all out. Expand your horizons, even if you aren't particularly fond of a specific bassist of the genre of music they perform in. The archive of FA's is updated regularly, but each new FA will be displayed on the main page.
