This album shows that even pop rock bands can evolve. The songs have reached pure rock n roll status, a step backwards from their punk roots. Yet, they do it well. I consider it their best album since hitting major record labels, but falls short of 39/Smooth.
Warning is their 6th studio album, though. 39/Smooth, Kerplunk, Dookie, Insomniac, Nimrod, and Warning.
