I took a stupid running class first semester and the guy that ran it would make us run for increasingly long periods of time (a few minutes each with short breaks where we were allowed to walk) and to figure out how much time was left in the running section I would just play "Seeing Red" by Minor Threat over and over in my head because that's about one minute long.
I don't really work out, but I started eating healthier a while back and pretty frequently I'll walk around campus (probably for a total of a few miles) in the middle of the night because I like being alone in places where there are usually people.
