Arsis is an American melodic death metal, and none of this scandanavian-rip-off-in flames-wannabe crap, this is the real deal, and the guitar player is off the wall. Might I add there are only two guys, the guitarist and the drummer. If your a fan of well written extreme metal you will love these guys. go to their site

Also you might not have heard of them because they are somewhat obscure at the moment. But I can predict they will become great in the years to come.
