uhh thats drone metal but sure. dont really like that band. i second earth, but will also recommend stars of the lid to a newbster

Try Barn Owl, they actually have some of the shortest songs in drone so I recommend them to newbs.

yeah Paik's pretty good I think I whored them in the Post-rock thread last year. Been listening to a lot of Nadja lately. Was pretty impressed with their live performance.
