Death Note is a sick show. I watched the translations that came up on YouTube the day after they aired in Japan.

yeah dude i just watched the whole thing in 3 days

i admit i don't really like where the show went around episode 15 or so but the ending more than brought it back

the first 10 episodes or so are just phenomenal. I watched them all right in a row.

going to watch all of berserk next

Three days? I watched it all in two days. True story.

There are a lot of things I loved and a lot I didn't like, which I thought should have been done differently. I have no idea how I would make it better though, so I just have to accept it how it is. I liked the ending as well, but some things about it should have been changed. I can't express my true feelings without giving anything away. It seems like about 90% of the people who watched it absolutely hated the ending though.

I'm going to read them when I have time.

Could talk for days about Death Note. A truly immaculate plot and incredibly thoughtful writing. Easily one of the best shows of all time, anime, live action, full-length film, anything.

the acting suffers from the hmung cast but the expert writing manages to save it and eastwood's performance was right on point
