[i]Life Won't Wait[/i], definitely. It's my favorite, it's their "experimental" album. Lots of ska/dub/dancehall, some rockabilly, just really good. I just got the skull from the cover tattooed onto my shoulder (Rancid 4 Life, quite literally...)

Or, pick up [i]Let's Go[/i], which is just an amazing punk-rock record, loads of energy and lots of fun. Tough call. I'd probably have to go with [i]LWW[/i], just cuz it's my favorite.

The two self-titleds are really good too, especially the first one. It's really raw and energetic and awesome. The newer self-titled ([i]2000[/i]) is a little more hardcore and pissed-off, but still good.
