This is the new official thread for the bands Streetlight Manifesto, Catch 22, and Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution. It has had every SLM, Catch 22, and BOTAR thread I could find merged into it. In this thread you can discuss these three bands and news surronding them.

Any other new threads about these bands will be closed.

I know they're a f[B][I][/I][B]ucking awesome ska band, don't know about them live though.

Ehh now a days they're aren't as good as they used to be. If you don't mind them butchering older songs, they're good.

It's a good book...for anyone into that, haha

Yeah, they are good live. Don't expect to skank though. Their fans are very jockish.

Have any of you guys heard this awesome ska punk band Streetlight Manifesto. They're really good and use their horns a lot mor than most ska bands do :thumb:

the greatest band ever.

i raelly love their cd, but i wish they had more material. and what's this with them simply redoing keasby nights?

i doubt it\really hope not. But they're new album is supposed to be coming out soon i think? check their website but they're being really big jerks and secretive about it.

I like BOTAR better, but they'r ridiculously fsking awesome.

Ive heard of them but Ive never heard them ... if i did i didnt recognize them .... skas not really my type of music but it sounds pretty good to me ... its something different to listen to every once in awhile

they are decent, but nothing amazing really.

I like them much more than last Catch 22's stupid piece of crap (album)...

They are AMAZING.

They're fantazmic. Tomas is such a great writer. The songs are masterpieces. They have so many parts.

the cd never left my cd player for at least 3 weeks after i got it...

and they put up their dates for ska is dead!!

... and once again, no kentucky... :upset: :upset: :upset: not even like cinncinatti or anywhere relatively near me

They are coming to my town in Feb with VGS and Mu33o for the ska is dead tour. I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love Streetlight Manifesto. Everything Goes Numb is my favorite album of all time. I'll be going to see them February 15th.
