Anybody else here like this band?

ya i like the crum bums ive only heard cut into me

yeah, i've never heard much of their stuff, but back when i lived about 1.3 minutes from krum, i'd hear their stuff or at least hear of them on a regular basis. this guy i knew back then had somebody (quite possibly one of them) spray paint "krum bums" on his bass.

pfft, have i heard of em. of course i have, they came down here once with Lower Class Brats (both being from Austin), and me and my boys drank with some of the guys from Krum bums, amazing band. honestly, their live show was better than LCB's, haha, unfortunate, but the truth.

forming in a city means the band is [i]from[/i] that city. just because a band spend alot of time in a city dont automatically mean they are from there. look, they say they formed in Austin, that means they're form Austin. hell, they say it themselves at shows. whether they spent alot of time in Krum dont mean [SIZE=2]s[/SIZE]hit on the matter of where they're from if they dont say ti themselves.

how bout this, we quit argueing as to where they're from, and just agree that the Krumbums are great.

My favourite song of theirs is "Lock Down"

seriously, if ye ever get the chance to see these guys play, DO SO, they have one of the best live shows ever, so much energy between the band and the crowd.

Krum Bums are from Austin, the name Krum Bums comes from an episode of the simpsons. Krum bums are what they called kids in the depression who would eat the bread crumbs off the ground during the rationing of food.

again, krum is a city in texas. that's where they're from. hence the misspelling of crumb. if they are based out of austin now, then that might qualify as "from austin" but the fact remains, they're "also" from krum, just outside of denton, where i used to live.

My history teacher calls bad people in history "krum bums".

Krum Bums are all young guys though.

They are good from what I've heard. I'm definately trying to get their full length.

Yeah im responding to an old thread because they are all "originally" from Austin, none of them have ever lived in Krum, Tx. My boyfriend is the singer and they are from Austin, and named themselves after the simpsons quote. They wanted to spell it with a K because they wanted to. They are NOT from Krum.
