cof:Nymphetamine
 

i just bought this album yesterday and i liked alot of the noises they had because they seemed alot diffrent. and in the song "Nymphetamine" and i thought it was pretty good and same with Guilded cu*t and i just wanted to know some other cds and more about them muscialy any post will help thanks.

cradle of filth is one of the best metal bands out there. just check [url]www.cradleoffilth.com[/url] for all their albums. and dani filth has one of the greatest voices in my opinion. anyone who can go from that low to that high is a god. Gabrielle and Medusa and Hemlock are good songs too.

The song "Nymphetamine" is actually pretty good. That's a huge compliment coming from me.

It's the only song of theirs that I can stomach.

Yeah pretty much same for me. I can take about two more from the Nymphetamine cd. I wish they didn't growl as much. That's a huge turn-off for me.

but yeah get midian or lovecraft witchhearts, or ****ation and a day (i know alot of people dont like that one but i like it alot) but yeah good band imo
a cool song is "a gothic romance" or "death makick adept" i think thats what its called.... but yeah again good band

i dont really like danis voice. but everything else is sic.

filthy little secret is the best on the album
solo at 3:30 brilliant

Nemesis is my favourite song. And I love the main riffs on Coffin Fodder. Awesome album.

Nymphetamine is an amazing song.
But like others are saying, it is one of the few songs
that i can stomach. Older songs have too much
screaming for my taste. But I do respect
Dani's skill. His voice is amazingly controlled
in the chorus for Nymphetamine.

If you are talking about Nymphetamine, Liv Kristine is the guest vocalist on that song...

I don't really like CoF but to many they provide a gateway to better bands.

they're now having a tour with bleeding through, himsa and ARCH ENEMY!(headbangers ball tour)

Nymphetamine album is really great. I personally love English Fire. It's amazing, like the whole of the album. I think is't just as good as Midian. And Midian is... whell it would be a sacrilege to call it just 'good'. Whatever. CoF is great aith everything they do from Dani's growls to virtuosity of guitar solos

i just bought that album today, its my 100th cd (that isnt shameful and hidden in a box) they have a great energy

i just bought nympetamine and i love the cd i'm not a big fan of the song Gabrielle though. Another amazing cd by them that not many people agree with me on is D@mnation and a Day, i thought it was amazing and i also agree with Ozzman_666 dani has amazing vocals.

****ation and a Day was okay mostly because of the added element (orchestra thing). That's the main reason I even bought that album. I will say that Dealth Cult Armageddon realized that concept (black/whatever metal + orchestra) on a whole different, better level.

Im a COF fan, I really loved Midian, Bitter Suites & Dusk & her embrace but when I got ****ation and a day, I was put off, so therefore I havent purchased Nymphetimine.. Is it worth purchasing or is it **** like ****ation & a day? Midian is my fav COF album, Please give me some good reasons why Nymphetimine is/isn't worth buying as I would love a new COF album on par with Midian but dont want to waste money on bollocks like ****ation & a day.

I saw Cradle live. OMG they ****ing rocked. They opened with Gilded C*nt and everyone went crazy. It was the first show on the Headbangers Ball tour and they started off the tour amazingly.

Hey OfSins&Shred. I absolutely did not appreciate ****ation and a Day because they totally lost their ability to make good songs. But Yes! Go and buy Nymphetamine. It is well worth the money and has amazing talent in (pretty much) every song. I love it. Swansong for A Raven is Her Ghost in the Fog part 2 and there is a Cthulu Dawn part 2 as well. It rocks my socks! You won't regret it. It almost has an 80's metal ring to it...I dunno its wicked.
