Nah, I bought a newspaper from a homeless woman. They often sell newspapers specifically printed to be sold by homeless people. Homeless can buy them for €1 and sell them for €2 a piece to have some form of income and to get some rhythm back into their lives to get back on track.

We have that too, it's called "Real Change" and it's a dollar, never bothered.

I buy them whenever I have the spare change on me.
