I thoght this was absolutely terrible. I'm assuming this is off of the Binge and Burge set, as I'm not gonna be bothered to watch it again. I love Kirk's style, but this song deserves so muhc more justice than he did it. I'm sure it would sound great if he played it clean, but the distortion and EMGs kills it. I was pretty disappointed when I first watched this, because I know he could play it and make it soudn so much better, but he didn't. I'm sure it's rough getting everything to sound great at a show like theres, espeically clean guitars, so I'm not going to flame him hard, just maybe he shouldn't have chosen to play that.

I agree.

His bends were off, and he just sounded s[COLOR=White]hi[/Color]tty in general. I wasn't impressed at all.

Mustaine said when he walks down the street Metallica fans go "METALLICA" then do the horns just to piss him off, and they say that Hammet is awesome and Mustaine sucks. I happen to think Mustaine ****ing owns Hammet and that Megadeth and 10 times better then Metallica.

i didn't like the intro much but everything after that was awesome yeah some of his bends were off but i think they were meant to be.

I just saw Hammet and Co last August in Columbus,Oh.
He played two different solos one was a shred fest the other was a rhythmic melody type of deal where the whole audience was clapping along. I ordered the audio of the show on Metallicalive.com. He pretty much nailed all of the songs down just like the albums.

He said in a recent interview he still takes guitar lessons.

Well, it's all a matter of opinion.
I, for one, prefer Kirk's style a whole lot more than Mustaine's.
I'm not doubting that Mustaine is a better player, all I'm saying is that I prefer Kirk's style.

Regardless, Mustaine getting kicked had nothing to do with how good he was. It was because he was a drug addict.

Yeah the legend has that Lars said Mustaine was a beligerent drunk so he(Lars) and James gave him the boot. Mustaine still holds a grudge against Lars for that..

Kinda funny because they all where heavy drinkers so I take it Mustaine must of really been putting it down!!!

James kicking someone out of his band for being a drunk is like Hitler throwing someone in a gas chamber for being a Nazi.

It was because mustaine was hard to work with cause all of his drug addictions and stuff.

I don't like how Mustaine keeps on whining about Metallica. He succeeded with Megadeth so why bother being such a whiney bitch?

Didn't the kicking out of Mustaine had something to do with a dog and a car ? And Mustaine punched James (I think), or someone else, in the face. Then he was kicked out. I think it was something like that.

If you watch some kind of monster you see how much of a whiney bitch dave mustaine is. He's all like omg I have felt so much pain since you guys kicked me out, i don't like being 2nd best, even though I sell 15 mill cds a year im still gonna bitch. Like wtf his band was almost as succesful, he should be happy he made it this far.

Is it me.. or does his guitar go out of tune after the whammy bar?
