Congratulations on your modship.

I put an idea in here and moaner made a couple of suggestions as well, So it's up to you really, It's not neccessary to clean up the stickies, but it might look a bit cleaner prehaps?

mshort813 01-05-2005 06:56 PM

Yeah why is there Merkabas elpline and Singing 101...its like the same thing. That needs to be cleaned up.

SonorKen 01-05-2005 09:56 PM

Your unbanned. The problem was posting what was construed as a spam thread in EVERY forum. In the future let me know and I'll make an official announcement for you.

FatherKeeL 01-05-2005 10:22 PM

Itwasthatwas 01-21-2005 06:28 PM

Um...
The Jam Session links thread looks funny, it didn't actually post as links. It has the code spelled out and crap.

Or does it just show up like that on my computer?

mshort813 01-23-2005 11:26 PM

No, its like that on mine too. Did they disable the URL codes? I know they were talking about doing that awhile ago to prevent clicking on URLs and not knowing what they are and **** like that.

But seriously, dont be lazy and just copy and paste.

SonorKen 01-24-2005 10:47 PM

Yea, when the admins on the site says that they are going to be disabled forever I'll edit it all up. Till then Im gonna leave it like it is.

OMG A SUGGESTION! this is a first

joeljjison 07-23-2005 04:19 AM

Hey, I've just started posting here, 1 or 2 days ago, and I've noticed you have alot of stickied referring topics. Might I suggest another one? I don't know if this is normally the trend, but I can see a rather large amount of threads asking about setting up home studios.

Thanks !

Spam attack- ken could you delete the user, sending the threads back?

SonorKen 09-04-2005 09:30 AM

I am on dialup right now moaner. As soon as DBJ logs on I'll have him take care of it.

moaner 09-04-2005 11:55 AM

kevbud187 10-29-2005 06:20 PM

um its seems that there is a whole bunch of questions that have to do with basic recording techniques. Could somebody please make a thread and possibly sticky it so that 75% of the first page isn't. "I was wondering what kind of adapteri need to plug my guitar into my compter" or "whats a microphone?". plz its killing me. I tried a while back, but it faded to like page ten by now. Most likely because of the exact thing I am talking about. THANK YOU.

kevbud187 12-28-2005 04:02 PM

could we have a thread or possibly a forum for people posting recordings about bands. Wait we already do its called moaner rates your recordings and audio arena. THANKS

fuzzyhair 12-30-2005 11:07 AM

okay i made this thread.
http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=428252
so now we can get on to users for posting the same old recording questions.

moaner 12-30-2005 05:06 PM

I think it should be "beginner" questions on recoridng. Having one thread for the discussion of al recording is a bit much.

kevbud187 12-30-2005 06:42 PM

99% of questions on this forum are beginer questions. But we could have an advanced technique if you want.

fuzzyhair 12-30-2005 10:51 PM

Well the problem with beginner question threads is users would come in here and be like, "im not a beginner." and post a thread.

xbiladudex 01-01-2006 11:29 AM

Here read this http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/announcement.php?f=3
just use ultimate-guitar or something. Thanks for not making a new thread!:thumb:

PearlManiac 04-04-2006 10:43 PM

Hi, I'm new here, but I can't start new threads, do I have to reach a certain number of posts before I can start a new thread?

Thanks
Derek

Lexluthor 04-06-2006 10:49 AM

My question is....

When is the Audio Arena coming back. And if its an "experiment" what does this "experiment" entail?

Joe 04-26-2006 03:24 PM

Ok so I've got a general question, but I don't want to make a new thread about it so I'll post it here.

Does anyone know of any websites that have free downloads of the drums of a song? It's fun playing with real songs but you don't know so much when you mess up (and if you want to record it you can't record with the original because it's got other guitars and vocals and bass). So does anyone know of a site that has midi drum song downloads? Like the midis are already made (because I'm not that smart).

Does anyone come to this thread?

mistertich 05-20-2006 04:00 PM

How do you add an attachment to your thread? I'm trying to post a power tab but when i click the attachment button nothing happens. Is it just my computer?

SirChick 06-08-2006 11:08 AM

Im getting a bit of problem when i try to make a new thread to ask something, i get this:

SirChick, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

How do i get privileges to create a new thread?

mistertich 06-09-2006 10:49 PM

Wait one day.
