I speak English a bit differently from most Dutch people, because if I'm going to teach English, I shouldn't setting an example on how to sound really awkward. It's sort of mandatory to more or less mimic a generally acceptable accent, gay as that may sound. Since I stumble over rhotic "r"s if I speak quickly, I tend towards kind of a British accent. Now I sound like I have an unfitting combination of a London and a Yorkshire accent or something.

Don't have a simple mic on my desk and I can't be bothered to get my mic for recording music out right now, but maybe I'll upload something tomorrow.

I know this Swedish kid who went to High School in Australia, so he speaks English with an Australian/Swedish mixed accent and it sounds hilarious.
