We're going to fire our vocalist, and have our bassist and/or me sing. The rhythm guitar is far too loud in Two Shots of Gasoline, but you can get the idea.

We're from New Jersey, recordings are ok, one was done in a basement so the sound isn't as good. We have newer songs but aren't recorded yet, and our vocals could be a whole lot better. But all in ... not to bad we've been told.

Me and a couple of mates have started a band with influences of pop - punk and metal
AFI, millencolin and thrice are the main influences, we dont have a site or anything yet but we do have a forums boards which you guys are free to join (dont stop using this site though)

Our band name is Missing Fingers and we play pretty much straight rock. People say we sound like old Green Day (the Dookie days) but our newer stuff is more influenced by AC/ DC and Led Zeppelin. Check out our tunes.

I'm the drummer for a pop-punk band called Hydraulic Sandwich, based out of Greenfield, MA. We're all still in high school... two of us are 16 (our singer and I), and two of us are 18 (guitarist and bassist). this stuff is amazing...instantly fell in love...
what recording program do you use?
one thing...maybe a bit more singing, the instrument stuff is great dont get me wrong, but when the vocals are in there its just that much better, and the songs get sort of lengthy w/ no vox...great stuff though, im not criticizing, just giving some advice. :)
