almost all of the dangers of heroin are due to its illegality

unknown purity leads to overdose
low quality is the reason people use it intravenously
danger of contracting aids is because people share needles because they can't get cleans
overdoses because it's cut with something are very common

all most all these problems would go away if it were legal. sure it's still addictive but so are cigarettes and alcohol. it would be much safer if people knew what they were getting and didn't have to associate with the criminal underworld

I mean pound for pound if you were to compare heroin to alcohol heroin is WAY worse for you, but it's used in such fine amounts.

that's not even close to true. when i do heroin i do one or two bags and snort them. my friend taylor has shot ten bags at once. tolerance builds and some people use far more than others.

some people need .05g others need a whole gram or more

I have a real hard time believing 10 bags of heroin is safer than 10 shots of vodka.
